Omelette Dumpling With Pork And Shrimp Filling Tuesday, May 20, 2008 ![]() Inspired from an item we ordered at a Sichuan restaurant recently, this dish is a bit of a nightmare to prepare but wouldn't you agree, it's such a treat to look at. And delicious too. I don't have the recipe proper but by using some common sense and culinary CSI, managed to work my way round it.
